This remarkably smooth, medium-bodied red wine features ripe black cherry flavors accented with just a touch of oak. Grapes for this wine were cold soaked prior to fermentation to produce a wonderfully drinkable Cabernet. With its cedar and black pepper aromas, this wine is most excellent when paired with beef dishes, lamb and mint, or couscous. |
